Photometric determination of phosphate. • Photometric determination as molybdenum blue after acidic hydrolyses and oxidation at 100-120 °C. • Ammonium molybdate reacts with orthophosphate ions to form phosphomolybdic acid. This is reduced to molybdenum blue. • Reaction basis analog to DIN EN ISO 6878-D11. • Type: tube test 0-80 • Range: 0.30 - 15.00 mg/l P (PO4-P); 1.0 - 45.0 mg/l PO43- • Sufficient for: 19 determinations • Sea water suitability: yes
